Gluten Free Options at BFM

We get a lot of requests from customers for information on vendors who make gluten free products. So, we've compiled a list for your convenience. (Keep in mind that this list is not comprehensive, and the items offered by our vendors do change frequently. Be sure to check with vendors directly for information on Gluten Free products.) *Happy Campers – Gluten Free Bread *Gabriel's Bakery – Offers several gluten free pastries each week. *C'est Ci Bon – Can make any of their crepe dishes using buckwheat buckwheat crepes. *Moh's Mobile Kitchen - Pad Thai and Salad Rolls. *The Better Bean Co. – All better bean products are GF and each batch is tested for potential gluten contamination before it is packaged. *Feastworks – All of their charcuterie is GF, they never use fillers of any kind. All of their sandwiches can be served as salads without bread. *Honey Mama’s - Nectar Fudge is a gluten free, coca-honey raw food dessert. *Tabor Bread – produces a gluten free granola although it is not made in a gluten free facility. It is made using local oats from Greenwillow Grain, and local GMO-free canola oil. Also, though none of their breads are gluten free, because they are fermented overnight, the gluten has been partially broken down, making them easier to digest for some folks with gluten sensitivities. *Souper Natural – has 35 flavors of soup that are GF, as well as their Marinara Sauce, Vodka Cream Sauce and Puttanesca Sauce. *Reverand Nat’s Hard Cider – All of their ciders (Hallelujah Hopricot, Deliverance Ginger Tonic, and Revelation Newtown Pippin) and their Tepache (fermented pineapple) are gluten free. *Cardamom Hills Trading Company - Condiments are all Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Soy Free. No corn! *Eastside Distilling – Produces GF Portland Potato Vodka and Below Deck Rums: Silver Rum, Ginger Rum, Spiced Rum, and Coffee Rum are GF. *Home Grown Foods’ naturally fermented products are gluten free – 6 varieties of sauerkraut and Kim Chi. *House Spirits – Aviation American Gin, Volstead Vodka, Krogstad Aquavit, Gamle Aquavit, and Stumptown Coffee Liqueur are all GF. Hammer and Tuffy’s Granola - All of their granola blends are GF! In fact their commercial kitchen is 100% dedicated to gluten free products. *Lavender Tea House Scones – Yes, they make a gluten free version of their delicious scones! *Hoda’s Middle Eastern Cuisine – Offers GF pita bread for their meals which they make from tapioca, almond and rice flour. At the market try their GF falafels, chicken shawarma, and omelettes. *Quinn’s Crab Cakes – Offers a gluten free crab cake. *Mee Mee’s Goodies - Jams are definitely GF, made in a GF facility (and you can ask to sample them on a GF cracker!). And for those gluten free pooches – *Boneyard Bakery - The first organic, gluten & casein-free dog treats made with high-quality protein, organic fresh vegetables and fruits.
